Empowered to Conquer (ETC) is a 501 (c) 3 , non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students to discover their full potential. We’re led by a dedicated board of directors, with devoted staff and volunteers who invest in students to instill the following principles:
Faith: We value faith in Jesus Christ, and a relationship with God as the beginning to discovering our life’s purpose.
Education: We promote and provide education as the key to unlocking each student’s limitless potential.
Relationships: We believe in the power of peer relationships, and we intentionally bring students together for the support and accountability that every person needs.
Since our inception in June of 2009, ETC has been grounded in a simple vision- for every student to have the skills and support they need to live an empowered life. To us, an empowered life is one where students discover their unique gifts and have access to training, guidance, and opportunities to maximize their potential.
With inequality of resources, training, and opportunity, many students can be conditioned to aspire and perform far beneath their capabilities. ETC is a platform created to break that cycle, giving our youth the tools and confidence to excel spiritually, academically, and socially.
Limitless by Empowered to Conquer™ is a collection of programs created by ETC to guide students towards bettering themselves spiritually, mentally, and socially. In collaboration with educators and community leaders, we crafted each Limitless program to meet students at all levels with the essential skills they need to flourish after high school. We've found that our students absorb those skills best through our combination of training and mentoring, with the support of their like-minded peers.
Limitless by Empowered to Conquer™ is comprised of three programs:
Limitless Groups takes students on a journey of skill-building for life after high school. Our proprietary curriculum was crafted by current and former educators to prepare students for success in any college or profession they choose.
Limitless Mentoring pulls together the support we offer at Limitless Retreat and Limitless Groups, and provides guidance, encouragement, and support in the life challenges our students face. This relational program prioritizes each student’s emotional and mental health as they work to achieve their goals.
Limitless Retreat is an annual event based on the belief that when students experience the presence of God, their lives won’t be the same. These retreats are a time of worship, discussions, and sessions that tackle many of the common questions our teens face. Our top priority is to illustrate how the gospel transforms us, and renews every part of our lives.
