Limitless Groups is crafted by present and former educators, to guide students on a journey of self-discovery, personal goal setting, and skill development to achieve their goals after high school.

We start by helping each student discover the careers and opportunities that match their talents, interests, and needs. Every student’s path should suit their own goals and situation, so we explore next steps that include universities, junior college, the military, trade schools, certifications, and immediate post-grad job opportunities.

Once the destination is a little clearer, we work with each student on measurable, timely goals that will lead them towards progression one step at a time. These goals include immediate next steps while they’re still in high school, as well as a plan for how to stay on track immediately after graduation.

As we’re discovering new opportunities and putting together the step by step plan, we’re intentional in giving each student the skills they’ll need along the way. We focus on universal skills, such as budgeting, interview practices, and resume writing.

At the conclusion of the semester, students complete a final presentation of their plan and discuss how they are using their time in high school to chip away at their goals. We reward everyone for their hard work with prizes and one student from each grade receives a grand prize ranging from a laptop or tailored suit to gift cards! Each school will also have a winning Limitless Groups senior, who will receive a scholarship, to propel them toward their post-graduation journey.
