Retreat FAQs

  • 1. Will there be transportation to and from the Limitless Retreat?

    Yes! Transportation will be provided. More details to come!

  • 2. Will meals be provided?

    Yes! Students will be served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the retreat.

  • 3. How much does it cost per student and what does the cost cover?

    The cost is $25.00 per student and it covers their meals for the entire weekend, along with snacks, and lodging.

  • 4. Are there scholarships available to cover the cost?

    Yes. Because of our generous donors and partners, we are able to offer a limited number of full scholarships to students who desire to attend. Please complete the scholarship request form and you will be contacted regarding the availability of scholarships.

  • 5. Will the retreat require students to spend the night?

    Yes! With some incredible staff and volunteer chaperones, all are vetted and trained to serve students!

  • 6. When will the students depart for the retreat site?

    Students will depart on February 11th. More details to come on departure times and locations!

  • 7. When will the students return?

    Students will return to their drop-off location on Feb. 11th.

  • 8. How many students are allowed to attend?

    There’s a maximum of 40 slots for students to attend this year’s retreat.

  • 9. Can students attend just one day?

    No. Students will have to attend both days because we want to accommodate for the ratio of students to volunteers at this event.

  • 10. Can students have a parent or another form of transportation bring them down to the retreat?

    No. To keep down on confusion, all students attending the retreat must ride down via ETC transportation unless they have approved transportation to by a partner church or volunteer.

  • 11. What are students allowed to bring for the retreat?

    To conserve space, students should pack as compact as possible. Only bringing a change of clothes, toiletries, sheets, blankets and a pillow. (We will provide extra sheets if needed.) No large purses allowed. There is a zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs, porn or any other materials deemed inappropriate. Prior to getting on van, all students bags and belongings (including what they are wearing) will be checked to ensure they are compliant to the rules.
